GridInvoice is provided by Altamira Systems, United States. These terms apply to our website and the GridInvoice software. Purchases are not open yet; the purchase terms below describe the offer that will apply when orders open.
Your purchase and license
A $40 USD initial purchase grants one verified Google account a non-exclusive license to use its purchased version for one solo business, with an assisted, separate installation. You may use it for your own commercial invoicing. Do not resell access or distribute your activation credentials. Contact us before moving the installation to another Google account.
The license has no time-based expiry. A billing-service outage or the end of update coverage does not end a valid, activated permanent license. A refunded original purchase is no longer licensed; see our refund policy. You keep ownership of your invoices and business records.
Updates and pricing
The initial purchase includes 12 months of updates beginning at purchase. A separate, optional $40 USD renewal adds 12 months from the later of the current coverage end date or the renewal date. There is no automatic renewal, subscription, or trial. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Declining a renewal does not disable the version you purchased or your existing records. Updates are offered explicitly with a backup and migration check. Necessary security fixes are handled separately from paid feature updates. Neither the purchase nor a renewal promises a particular future feature or release schedule.
Activation and payments
Gumroad is our launch checkout provider. Use the same email address as the Google account that will own your installation. Activation requires verification of successful payment and account ownership; a checkout redirect alone is not proof of purchase. Gumroad's checkout and payment terms also apply. Never send us your Google password or payment-card details.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax treatment, lawful use of client information, and messages you choose to send. GridInvoice is for standard commercial invoices; it is not accounting or legal advice and does not promise country-specific fiscal-invoice certification. Review generated documents before sending them.
Keep your Google account secure and maintain backups. Do not use the app for spam, fraud, unauthorized access, or unlawful content. Changes made directly to spreadsheet structures or application code can affect compatibility and recovery.
Platform and support limits
GridInvoice depends on Google Apps Script, Sheets, Drive, your Google account, and Google's availability, permissions, quotas, and compatibility. Permanent use means no time-based license shutdown, not a guarantee that third-party platforms will remain available or unchanged forever. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free software, or recovery of every lost record.
Our support policy explains assisted setup and the 24-hour email response commitment. A response commitment is not a guaranteed resolution time. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
Updates to these terms will be dated here. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated through their purchase or support contact. A later policy change will not retroactively convert an existing permanent license into a subscription or remove its purchased usage rights.
